During the hot summer days, your air conditioning plays an essential role in cooling. An air conditioner is the most conventional and efficient way to cool your home. Unfortunately, problems may occur especially if you are using your air conditioning unit round-the clock.
AQS Heating and Air Conditioning was contacted by a homeowner in the city of Perris, CA experiencing issues with her condenser unit. Upon arrival our technician noticed a condenser unit original to the home, rusted and in poor condition. During the complete diagnosis our technician found that the compressor had failed and a leak in the condenser coils. Due to the age, parts failure and condition of the unit a replacement was recommended.
Our lead installer Jonathan Lopez proceeded with the installation of a 14-seer, 3 ton, Goodman condenser. Condenser pad and earthquake straps were added to meet code requirements. A new disconnect box, whip and service caps were also installed.
This homeowner was very satisfied with our services and can now enjoy a comfortable home.
Your furnace is a fuel-burning appliance, which means it produces carbon monoxide as a natural result of the fuel-burning process. If anything goes wrong during this process it could threaten your home’s safety.
AQS Heating and Air conditioning was contacted by a property management group to diagnose a furnace in the city of Temecula, CA. An appointment was confirmed with the property’s tenant who informed us that the furnace was not producing heat. Service technician Jonathan Lopez met with the tenant to complete an inspection. He found the source of the problem quickly. A cracked heat exchanger was identified and the tenant was immediately informed about the dangers of a carbon monoxide leak. A leak in the evaporative coil had caused the damage to the heat exchanger. Due to the age and condition of the unit a replacement was recommended.
The old unit was replaced with a newAC Pro Gas furnace, 80% efficiency, single stage and matching evaporative coil. A new filter rack was installed for easy filter change outs and everything was sealed properly.
The tenant was really happy with the results and can now return to a safe home.
