A homeowner in the city of Riverside, CA requested emergency services from AQS Heating and Air Conditioning when her A/C stopped working in the middle of the summer. When scheduling the appointment we were informed that she just had a newborn and it was detrimental to have a working unit as soon as possible.
Senior technician Mark Ybarra met with the homeowner at her residence and immediately completed a full system inspection. There was a noticeable burnt smell coming from the compressor and a leak from the coil. For safety concerns, the unit was turned off and a replacement was recommended.
On installation day our crew arrived early to start the process of removing the existing package unit. A crane arrived a couple of hours later to remove the old unit from the roof and to lift the new unit to the proper place. Gas lines and electrical components were adjusted to match the layout of the new 5 ton Goodman 14 seer package unit. We got a 22-degree split confirming a successful installation.
Our customer was very satisfied with the installation and we were happy to have helped make her home comfortable again.
